Payment & Credit Policy

This Policy explains how employer credits, paid listing features, payment processing, refund review, pricing changes, and credit usage are handled within Kickwise.

Introduction

This Payment & Credit Policy describes how payments are processed and how credits are used within Kickwise Football Solutions (“Kickwise”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing credits or using paid employer features, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions.

Credit System

Kickwise may use a credit-based system for employer-side paid features, including job listing publication and other premium features where clearly indicated on the platform.

  • The required number of credits will be shown before a credit-based action is completed.
  • Credits must be available in the employer account before a credit-based publication or feature is activated.
  • Credits are account-bound and non-transferable unless Kickwise expressly states otherwise.
  • A credit-based listing or feature is processed according to the platform state and validation requirements at the time of use.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the transaction information you provide is accurate.

  • Prices, quantities, and selected paid items should be reviewed before checkout.
  • Transactions may be processed in the currency displayed during purchase.
  • Kickwise does not store full payment card credentials.
  • Payment confirmation, rejection, or settlement timing may depend on the payment provider and financial institutions involved.

Refund Policy

Because credits and paid digital platform features may become available immediately after purchase, completed purchases are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where Kickwise confirms a qualifying technical or billing issue.

  • Refund requests may be reviewed for verified duplicate charges, failed credit delivery, or technical errors directly affecting the purchased item.
  • Users may be asked to provide transaction details or supporting evidence necessary to review the request.
  • Kickwise reserves the right to assess refund requests individually in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Credit Validity

Credits purchased on Kickwise do not expire under the current policy and remain available in the purchasing account until they are used, unless a refund, correction, reversal, enforcement action, or legally required adjustment applies.

Pricing and Feature Changes

Kickwise may change prices, credit package structures, or paid feature definitions prospectively. Such changes do not retroactively reduce credits already purchased and available in the user account, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the user.

Misuse, Fraud and Restrictions

Kickwise may restrict transactions, suspend purchases, cancel abusive activity, or take account-level action where payment fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment activity, manipulation of credits, or other misuse is reasonably suspected.
