Football Scout

As part of the expansion of our scouting network, we are looking for experienced Scouts who are able to work in person across the Lombardy region and who are interested in joining a growing project in the football and sports representation sector.

We are looking for people who have already gained concrete experience in football, have strong knowledge of the local area, and have established contacts and relationships with clubs, youth academies, directors, and other professionals within the game.

• Conduct live scouting and attend matches and football grounds in person.
• Identify and report promising player profiles.
• Monitor players and youth academies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clubs and football professionals across the region.
• Maintain regular communication with the agency regarding identified player profiles.

• Previous experience in scouting or within the football industry.
• Strong knowledge of football in Lombardy.
• Existing contacts and relationships within clubs, youth academies, or the wider football environment.
• Availability to travel throughout the region and attend matches in person.
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively within an organised scouting network.

There is no fixed salary and no reimbursement of expenses.

We are therefore looking for people who are genuinely interested in becoming involved in the project and growing with it. Financial rewards may be available based on results and on deals or opportunities developed, in accordance with the agreed collaboration terms.

We are not looking for football enthusiasts seeking their first experience in the industry. We are looking for people who are already active within the football environment and who bring relevant experience, contacts, knowledge, and a genuine desire to build something over the medium to long term.
