Kickwise Is Live: A New Beginning for Football Careers

Kickwise has officially launched in Early Access with a clear goal: to make career opportunities in football more visible, more accessible, and more structured.

For us, this is not just the launch of a new web platform. It is the first step toward building something we believe the football industry has needed for a long time: a fairer, clearer, and more useful space for everyone involved in the game.

We are a team that sees football as more than the 90 minutes on the pitch. We care about the work behind the game, the passion, the professions, the career journeys, and the often unseen professional network that keeps football moving. We know that a club, academy, or football organization is not made up of players alone. Coaches, scouts, analysts, medical teams, media professionals, operations staff, and many others all play a part in the wider football ecosystem.

That is the perspective behind Kickwise.

We Are Currently in Launch Mode

Kickwise is currently live and continuing to develop in Launch Mode. This is a period where the platform will be tested through real user experiences, improved through feedback, and gradually made more stable.

During Early Access, users may come across small bugs, missing directions, unexpected usability issues, or details that still need improvement. We see this as a natural part of this stage.

That is why we have a small request for everyone using Kickwise: if you notice any technical issues, missing details, or areas that could be improved, please share them with us through the Support section.

Every piece of feedback will help Kickwise become a more reliable, more organized, and more valuable platform for football professionals.

Why Kickwise Exists

Kickwise was created to bring football jobs and career opportunities together in a more structured way.

Our aim is not simply to create a place where job posts are listed. We want to build a platform where people pursuing a career in football can present themselves more accurately, where employers can reach the right professionals more effectively, and where opportunities across the industry become more visible.

Employer accounts on Kickwise can publish job posts with different application methods. Employers can collect applications directly through Kickwise, link to their existing job pages, or publish roles that receive applications via email.

This allows clubs, academies, agencies, and football organizations to choose the recruitment flow that works best for them. Kickwise aims to offer a flexible structure that can adapt to different hiring needs.

Built for a Multilingual Football World

Football is a global game. But in every country, every club, and every community, football also has its own language, culture, and way of communicating.

That is why multilingual support is an important part of Kickwise. Employers can publish job posts not only in English, but also in their own language.

Publishing a role in English helps it reach international candidates. Presenting the same role in a local language also makes it clearer and more accessible for professionals in the club’s, academy’s, or organization’s own country.

One of Kickwise’s long-term goals is to make football careers more visible across countries, leagues, languages, and professional fields. For us, multilingual support is not only a technical feature; it is an approach that reflects the natural structure of football.

Football Player and Personnel Profiles

For job seekers, Kickwise offers two main profile types: Football Player and Personnel.

Football Player profiles are designed to help players present their careers more accurately. Players can share their position, career history, video links, and player-specific details to make themselves more visible to clubs, academies, and football organizations.

Personnel profiles are built for the professional world around the game. Coaches, scouts, analysts, medical staff, media professionals, operations teams, management staff, and other football industry specialists can create profiles that better reflect their own fields.

We believe this distinction matters. Career paths in football are different. The profile structure a player needs is not the same as the one needed by a scout, analyst, or club operations professional. Kickwise aims to avoid forcing every user into the same profile experience and instead create a space that better fits the nature of each role.

Our Core Principle for Job Seekers

One of the most important principles Kickwise will protect throughout its journey is that job seekers should not be exploited.

We are against turning the hopes, effort, and ambitions of people looking for career opportunities in football into a source of commercial pressure.

For this reason, Kickwise adopts a clear principle: we will not build features that push job seekers toward paid purchases inside the platform, place access to opportunities behind paywalls, or turn the career search into a financial obligation.

For us, the core experience of a player, coach, scout, analyst, or any football professional should be accessible, simple, and trustworthy.

Kickwise’s purpose is not to make opportunities harder to reach. It is to help the right opportunities meet the right people.

This is not only a product choice for us; it is part of how we see football and the work behind it.

KICKWISE10 Code for New Employer Accounts

During Early Access, we are offering a special starting advantage for new employer accounts.

New employer accounts can use the code “KICKWISE10” after logging in to receive 10 free job posting credits.

With this code, clubs, academies, agencies, and football organizations can try Kickwise for free, publish their open roles, and reach a football-focused candidate audience.

This Journey Is Just Beginning

Kickwise is still at the very start of its story.

Right now, it may look like a platform with job posts, profiles, applications, and employer tools. But for us, it represents something bigger: a space where the football world can become a little more open, a little more connected, and a little easier to navigate for the people trying to build their path inside it.

We know this will not happen overnight. Good things in football rarely do. Teams are built with time, trust, patience, and the right people. We see Kickwise in the same way.

Every profile created, every role published, every piece of feedback shared, and every small improvement we make during Early Access will help shape what Kickwise becomes.

As football lovers, we are building this platform with respect for the game and for the people who keep it alive far beyond matchday. The players looking for their next opportunity. The coaches working behind the scenes. The scouts watching games in the rain. The analysts, medical teams, media staff, academy people, and club professionals whose work often goes unnoticed but never stops mattering.

This is who Kickwise is for.

Thank you for being part of the beginning. Your feedback, patience, and support will help us build something better for football careers.

The first whistle has just been blown.
