About the Role
Description
Do you love football and want to experience club life up close — from the team and matchdays to everything happening behind the scenes?
Then join us and become part of a motivated team that is rethinking how football can be organised and experienced. 💜⚽
Hi! We are FC Viktoria Berlin.
Since the 2025/26 season, our women’s team has been competing in the 2. Bundesliga — a major milestone that we reached together with passion, ambition and energy.
Since summer 2022, the club has been led by a female founding team. We are not only part of FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin; we also see ourselves as a football start-up with a clear purpose.
Our goal is to rethink professional football — making it more modern, courageous and inclusive. For us, football is about more than goals. We are building a strong community, promoting female empowerment and creating sustainable structures both on and off the pitch.
If you would like to be part of this journey, let’s go!
