Soccer Referee

Delta Group ME is looking for experienced football referees to officiate U18 matches in Riyadh as part of a youth football tournament.

The role involves officiating matches fairly and professionally, applying the Laws of the Game and tournament rules, making clear and confident decisions, managing player discipline, and maintaining good sportsmanship.

Referees will also work closely with assistant referees and tournament staff, keep track of match and stoppage time, record results, cards and key incidents, complete match reports, and maintain a professional approach when dealing with players, coaches and officials.

• Previous football refereeing experience.
• Experience with youth or U18 matches is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Laws of the Game.
• Fair, confident, responsible and professional approach.
• Refereeing certification is an advantage.
• Availability to work on Saturdays during the tournament period.

Matches take place in Riyadh on Saturdays, with approximately 6 hours of match-day work. The tournament period runs from 17 October 2026 to 15 December 2026.
