We're Hiring! | Social Media Account Manager – Sports ⚽🏀
We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Account Manager to join our team and manage the social media presence of football and basketball academies.
This role is about much more than publishing posts. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of accounts, develop original content ideas, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily content publishing across Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, reels, and graphics.
• Plan and maintain content calendars.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and video editors.
• Prepare clear creative briefs and manage production tasks through Trello.
• Monitor match schedules, results, and academy activities to ensure timely coverage.
• Manage community engagement, including direct messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and quality across all content.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and content planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating creative teams and managing content production.
• Good understanding of football and basketball.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.

Salary: 15.000 EGP/Month
